New 4.0 release considerations
* This site uses Silverlight technology from Microsoft. Silverlight is free and is installed automatically upon first use of the Maps.
For this, installation rights are needed on your pc. When in doubt please contact your systemadministrator.
* In release 4.0 new pages are used which are non-existing in the old version.
Defining a new startup page in the 4.0 release can cause the old 3.6.2 version to not work anymore.
If this occurs, the startup page in the 4.0 version can be set to ‘General’ (Setup -> Personal -> Default), afterwhich the 3.6.2 version will also work again.
* In version 4.0 the reporting has been modified for trips outside office hours and trips in which incorrect stops were shown because of an incorrect GPS position.
Version 3.6 uses the same off-line reportingtool and therefore contains the same newest version of the reporting algorithms. The online reports from version 3.6
won’t be modified.
